The Council on Foreign Relations Afghanistan (CFRA) is a non-partisan, non-profit and apolitical research, policy and advocacy organization dedicated to raise awareness and analyze foreign policy, strategic and geopolitical issues facing Afghanistan and the region.
It is established by a group of prominent diplomats, scholars and former security and defense officials. It aims to provide apolitical, objective and non-partisan analysis, advise and research on key foreign policy and strategic issues facing Afghanistan and the region.
The Council on Foreign Relations of Afghanistan (CFRA) is a platform for Afghan and foreign diplomats, scholars, defense officials and visitors who wish to present their views in a non-government setting through lectures, conferences and seminars in a closed door or public fashion.
The CFRA flagship publication is “The Afghan Journal of Strategic and Foreign Affairs” which is a bi-annual publication.
